Chronic anxiety is a debilitating condition which at its core is a result of a person persuing a life path which is not aligned with their true nature.
The presence of anxiety is a feedback loop that is present where there is an imbalance in the human body and psyche.
Genetic and hereditary factors can play a crucial role. Mental health outcomes are often determined by the intertwined dynamics of both nurture and nature.

The mind and body are connected. Such that sensations in the body can trigger thoughts and emotions in the mind and vise versa.
Anxiety can have both mental and physical manifestations.
The physical form results in uncomfortable sensations that can run through the entire body. Creating aches pains muscle spasms tension etc. Which eventually will effect the physical body itself.
As the nervous system gets increasingly agitated. Recursive ruminatory thoughts constantly arise. Actions are then taken which often lead to further agitation and so on. Feeding back into the system of internal chaos.

There is a school of thought for which the following should be considered :
Positive thoughts and actions can be viewed as ripples emanating out from the source and interacting with other like minded thoughts and actions. This can create an interference pattern far from the initial source which can bind all involved into a reality of health and wellness.
It then follows that negative thoughts and action can also emanate out attracting others of equally similar mindset. Interlocking and conditioning the minds of many in a similar but negative fashion.

Positive and negative emotions create both chemical and electrical responses within the body. Repetitive thought and action over time maintains this chemical response.
Internally the body has a natural process called homeostasis. Homeostasis is meant to bring the internal chemical processes back to a normal function or equilibrium.
An unbalanced distressed human mind can become fixated on the chemical response elicited by extremes of thought and behaviour. Much like a drug addicts behaviour. A person can continue to exhibit negative thought and behaviours even to the point of self harm in order to maintain and elicit the internal chemical response against the body's natural processes to restore order.
This internal tension brings rise to great agitation as the organism is increasingly living a life outside of its natural rhythms.

Suppression and or avoidance is only a band-aid solution.
Inroads can be made into someone with a chronic condition by starting to understand these feedback loops.
The cause and effect of the thoughts generated by the mind and subsequent actions taken.
Taking responsibility for ones own thoughts and actions is important to break the cycle and allow the person to bear witness and gain an understanding of ones own role in perpetuating the disorder

Often it is the case that trauma both conscious and unconscious is stored in the body. These often repressed traumas create a background noise effect in the body. Which if ignored can continue to grow and interact with the nervous and neurological systems.
Trauma inflicted on someone by others can over time and though this spiralling feedback loop result in the victim become the aggressor. This aggression to others can obscure the original trauma buried by the individual.
Any harm caused to others over time will result in a direct feedback to the individual. No matter how much pain an individual is in. The situation will only become become worse by redirecting that pain outwards to others or suppressing the internal pain and allowing it to continue to disturb living systems that support the individual.

Your reality is often set by both consious and unconscious patterns.
